Giovinazzo (Scevenàzze in local dialect) is a village in the province of Bari, dating back to the 4th century BC.
Legend has it that it was Perseus, son of Jupiter, who founded ‘Jovis natio’.
It is precisely an air of legend and antiquity that one breathes through the narrow streets and winding lanes of the town, where one is enchanted by the monuments and places of historical interest.
Giovinazzo‘s important fishing port overlooks a crystal-clear sea with breathtaking reflections, which is the setting for our Pastry Shop and the many other commercial and industrial enterprises based in the area.
We have the good fortune and honour to be here, a stone’s throw from the sea and the medieval town, among the churches, squares and friendly, cheerful people.
